This policy explains how eBooks purchased from Moonlinen Library are delivered to you. All of our products are digital and are delivered electronically.
How you receive your eBook
Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, Moonlinen Library sends a confirmation email with a secure download link to the email address you provided at checkout. In most cases the email arrives within a few minutes.
Your purchased eBooks are also available in your account library, where you can download them again whenever you need to.
File formats and compatibility
Each eBook page lists the available file formats, such as EPUB or PDF. It is your responsibility to make sure your device or reading application is compatible with the chosen format before you buy.

Download links and access
Download links are personal and must not be shared. Links may expire for security reasons, but you can generate a new one at any time from your account library or by contacting our support team.
If you have not received your email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact help@moonlinenlibrary.com with your order details and we will resend it.
Delivery problems
If a file is corrupted, incomplete or cannot be downloaded, let us know and we will provide a working copy as soon as possible.
