These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases of digital eBooks made through Moonlinen Library.
Placing an order
By completing the checkout process you make an offer to purchase the selected eBooks. A contract is formed when Moonlinen Library sends you an order confirmation email.
You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, as your eBooks are delivered electronically to that address and to your account library.
Product information and pricing
The price and details of each eBook are shown on its product page at the time of purchase and in your order confirmation. We make every effort to describe our eBooks accurately, including format and language.
If we discover an error in the listing of an eBook, we may cancel the order and notify you by email.
Licence to use your eBook
When you buy an eBook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own private use. You may not copy, resell, lend publicly, upload to file-sharing services or otherwise distribute the eBook.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the eBooks remain with their authors, publishers or other rights holders.
Digital delivery
eBooks are delivered electronically by email link and through your account library, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
